Per Jon rothstein on Twitter: Sources: Ivy League programs have been informed that fall sports have been cancelled.
The conference will not entertain any sports being played until after January 1st.
Winter sports will have an update in mid-July on their respective practice schedules.
that includes football and are beloved futbol. Not rescheduled to the spring but cancelled. Also, that would seem to imply basketball cancelled as well as their games usually start in November, wow.

If sports are allowed to start on January 1, basketball could likely play their conference schedule since that typically starts after January 1st and still play in the NCAA tournament (if it happens). The teams would breach any contracts that they had for non-conference games.
