Wolf is in the lineup.
I also like the Larentowicz starting vs coming off the bench -- he offers intelligence, physicality and commitment to defending.
I think my favorite player on this team now is Escobar.

Rotating players is a good idea given the long layoff, heat, etc. However, even the announcers noted it's odd that Bello is not listed as a sub.

What do we expect? They got rid of a lot of the really good players except for Martinez. And he's injured. I'm sure they'll make the necessary moves and do better next season.

FC Cincy is a train wreck even with the win. Even up a man, AU dominated possession and Cincy had no clue how to handle being up a man.
They parked the bus for most the game and outside of today's results, this style of play doesn't seem to be working for them.

I don’t think JJ Williams agreed with the call That was a hilarious NSFW statement he made. Now, I wonder if ESPN will pipe in crowd noise to drown out certain comments. We need someone to step up their game and hopefully galvanize the team. Pity was just meh at best, maybe it was he new white shoes that kept tripping him up and I have to say if Barco feigns injury one more time, as an opponent I would just throat punch him and leave the pitch. I really hate those who feign injury ALL THE FREAKIN time... |
