Tophat DPL 03 and 04 played Against UFA NPL girls of the same age. UFA 04 NPL is a strong team. Glad to hear that the clubs are doing this especially this year when kids missed so much training/game time this spring The toughest game we have played so far was against the 02/03 AFC NPL team. They will be a tough game for anyone. They have a center forward that can fly

I'm not sure what that means. AFC Lightning 05G NPL also beat AFU 05G ECNL last week in a tournament also. Does that mean that UFA 05G SCCL-P is better than AFU 05G ECNL? I find that hard to believe. Oh no. I do not think it means that at all. I think the point was just reinforcing the any given Sunday point. AFC Lightning NPL was a much better team last year than UFA 05 Red (SCCL-P). Sometimes a team just has a great day when another does not or luck or calls go your way or don't. Absolutely.

Also, can’t really look at tournament results as some clubs pull players down to strengthen their lower teams and some coaches experiment with lineups in early tournaments

My experience with kids (boys and girls ) ages 12-20 is leagues do not matter until U14 / maybe U15. I know some will say it’s hard to get on let’s say a ECNL team at U14/U15. I don’t necessarily agree, as long as you are developing in the younger years. Coaching is more important than leagues.
