“Christian Pulisic given No. 10 shirt for Chelsea, returns to full-team training. US men’s national team star Christian Pulisic has been given Chelsea’s No. 10 jersey ahead of the 2020/21 Premier League season, the club announced Thursday. Pulisic gets the famed number after Willian left for Arsenal. He follows the likes of Eden Hazard, Joe Cole and Juan Mata to don the No. 10 in the past. The Hershey, Pennsylvania, native had 11 goals and 10 assists in 34 games last season, his first with Chelsea since joining from Borussia Dortmund. Those impressive numbers came despite being hampered by injuries, including a hamstring injury that forced him out of the FA Cup final after becoming the first American to score in the final at Wembley Stadium. That ruled him out of Chelsea’s season-ending Champions League Round of 16 second leg match against Bayern Munich. Chelsea boss Frank Lampard said Pulisic returned to full training Wednesday and is in contention for the Blues opener Monday against Brighton.” How is it pronounced?? 1: Pu-lis-ic
2: Pul-is-ic
3: Puli-sicI've heard all of them at one point or another... Idk I say “Pew Liz Ick”

Who would you like to see get relegated, realistically? Top of the list would be Fulham -relegation is their specialty. Next, West Ham seems very shaky. West Brom also rides the merry go round a lot, too. two out of three is pretty good but David Moyes would like a word.

Looks like he’s gotten his mojo back and a board willing to bring in players. 😬

Back in August/September when I made that prediction I was concerned that this just might be Moyes last EPL job-West Ham were an iffy side ,and I was worried that he wouldn’t be allowed to spend to get players. He has definitely shown his brilliance.

He has definitely shown his brilliance. And the names he brought in weren't world killers. Coufal and Dawson have been pretty good. Lindgard has been amazing but he wasn't loaned until January and they were already fighting for top 4 with the prior year's player pool. And Yukon Bielsa has gotten the more out of the cast-offs from the island of misfit toys than everyone but the die hard Bielsans would have thought. Happy to see Leeds solidly in the EPL.

Gonna be fun to see what Leeds can do in PL. I predict top ten finish. My top five prediction... Man City LFC Man United Chelsea Arsenal hmm. I’ll never come this close again on a prediction.
