Listened to another game on radio because I have SlingTV and they don’t carry FSS. Didn’t sound too good. Imagine how pissed 😡 Josef is.

Jahn looked better. He actually got involved. He was no Josef but at least he made some runs and actually helped create Bello's goal. Bello looked pretty good again.
Robinson and Walkes are still struggling with each other and positioning.
Lennon actually put his back to the attacker twice on the fourth goal!

I’m starting to think Bello is the most financially valuable player on this roster
If we was European or South American they could sell him for 10-15 million.
He’s very good attacking
He’s very good chasing down attackers.
He’s not very good just defending in the final third when he opposition is attacking. He seems to get caught standing and watching often. He waits to long to track back as well. Often should be working hard back toward goal instead he’s either standing or watching. That has to improve.
He creates problems on the attacking end, but often leaves the team defending with 3 in the back.
However it doesn’t help that nobody in the midfield was defending in the first half. 2nd half was better when some changes were made - but to late.
And not to throw a homegrown under the bus - but he’s a professional now - Wolff had no right starting that game yesterday.
That starting lineup was questionable. -
Glass is in way over his head. Current team needs an experienced coach, not a youth soccer coach. A coach that can command respect in the locker room and change the mentality of this current team.

I complained that AU just buy South American or Mexican talent (Which they still do) but at least they are giving a HG (ahem) a chance to make mistakes and grow. I think I’ve made my feelings known about Barco. I will say this though, when he came back from Argentina when he was with their U20’s, he looked awesome and then like Albert Barese said “it peeted out” |

I think Bello was thrown into a buzz saw at Atlanta United-turbulent times. He’s young and is going to be inconsistent. I believe Bello has what it takes to succeed.

I like the combination of Bello/Gallagher on the left and Damn/Lennon on the right. Some potential growth there.
Need a new DP in center mid IMO. |
