Do you think the financial stress of the current pandemic will lead to clubs merging and/or folding? Have we seen “peak soccer” numbers here in Georgia and elsewhere?

Good chance. I’m very curious about this year’s registration numbers since club soccer is more or less a luxury expense and a lot of people are not on a solid foundation right now.

I can understand the concern but it seems that participation is still relatively high. Maybe different states will be affected differently but thanks to the GREAT Gov. Kemp Georgia got back to work relatively quickly. This definitely helped relive a lot of financial stress on many families. I know some are still hurting but it definitely could have been worse. However, the smaller clubs might be affected.
