well said FG 😀
You could get some really long answers to your question. Directors egos encompasses a lot of the reasons

Seems like UFA and GSA are the only big clubs that have a good ongoing relationship with NTH.

Why do NASA Top Hat teams not play games against SSA and Concorde? Whats the story? 1. NTH opened the Milton branch 3 years ago and took the CF North Director, ~5 CF North coaches and hundreds of CF North kids. 2. NTH bought Smyrna SC right in the middle of Cobb Co which SSA is based too?

I have no inside knowledge on either of these situations so maybe someone can enlighten me, but here is my question...who went to whom? Did NTH go to Ceidel and the rest of the crew or was it the other way around? I am asking because CF North branch was quite strong for many years but it was my understanding that they were treated not well by the main branch location (a familiar issue with several clubs). As for Smyrna who reached out? Concorde has a legitimate beef with Tophat even if the North folks reached out but that was several years ago now (3?). Plus it isn't like there are not issues with all clubs taking coaches etc. I really don't know SSA has a legitimate beef except maybe they are using the Concorde connection?

Why do NASA Top Hat teams not play games against SSA and Concorde? Whats the story? Are you sure its NTH fault or are you assuming? Typically it’s always NASA’s fault.

Why do NASA Top Hat teams not play games against SSA and Concorde? Whats the story? No one asked any clarifying questions. Are you talking about boys? girls? Are you referring to Academy ages (8 - 12)?

As for the Smyrna SC buyout...SSA was chomping at the bit expecting an influx of players post acquisition, but Georgia Alliance Cobb formed and 3/4 of academy and several NL teams went there instead. There are now only a handful of academy teams left at NTH Smyrna and the levels all plummeted.

As is the case everywhere, being at the random satellite site isn’t desirable. That’s not a knock on TH - just a statement of fact. I’d say the same of SSA West, the defunct Concorde South, etc.

As someone who has a younger son in one of these satellite clubs, I know what you mean. We are always a few defecting players away from not having a good team. Roster depth can be minimal.

So satellites are not desirable in general? Any thoughts on United Futbol Academy, Norcross vs Metro vs Lawrenceville? I have a daughter at UFA Norcross, so I can speak to this. UFA Lawrenceville is barely a branch of UFA. Can't say I've ever seen a team from there. UFA Metro Atlanta is the old Brookhaven FC and seems to have gone through quite a bit of turmoil in certain age groups after they merged with UFA. Seems that some whole groups of kids left for other places, especially Concorde Central with it being so close. UFA Norcross is stronger on the boys side than the girls, mainly due to a deeper pool of players in the area. There is obviously a large Hispanic population in the area and you can see that in the makeup of the teams. But you don't find nearly as many Hispanic girls playing soccer as you do Hispanic boys. The girls' side has had some very good teams - the 03G team won a national title summer of 2019, but then the coach and team left this year for another club. He also took the top 05G team with him. That and some other coaching turnover has disrupted the girls' side, but the boys' side is solid from what I've gathered. All that being said, there are many at Norcross who feel we get the shaft from UFA, especially on the girls' side, because we don't have the depth/talent that they do at the Forsyth branch. Very similar to what Concorde branches probably feel in relation to Concorde Central.
