Refund Policy:
IMPORTANT**
COVID-19 Refund Policy: If we are forced to cancel the event prior to 14 days before the start of the tournament, a full refund will be given to participating teams. Essentially, no charge will be made.
If we are forced to cancel the event within 14 days of the start of the tournament (due to state or federal intervention), a refund minus expenses will be given (expenses will not exceed 25% of the application fee). This will because at this point, some costs would have been incurred. We will of course hope that once we get the green light, the event will go ahead as planned.
