Surely this isn't the first probably not the last, but we just had a game postponed this weekend due to positive test for the other team. Curious how many others there have been this season?

My son's first game of the season was postponed due to the other team having to quarantine due to covid reasons. It was rescheduled for next weekend. That is the only one we have issues with. The SCCL season surprisingly has gone very smoothly. |

No cancellations for our team yet. Since we haven't played a league game since the middle of September, we have a lot of games coming up so hopefully we don't run into issues now.
I have heard of quite a few ECNL games being postponed due to COVID though.

Two so far between the three teams. We have known of about 4-5 other teams having to postpone though.
Heard the girls ECNL are not happy about heading down to Florida this coming weekend with numbers jumping down there.

I was down there with my whole family in early to mid July when it was going crazy down there and no one in our family got the virus. If you take precautions, wash hands or use sanitizer, and wear masks when you can, you aren't going to get it, or very unlikely to get it. We even ate out at a restaurant like every night. |

We’ve had two postponements with our ecnl and state teams in our age group iirc.
My kid kicks for the high school football team and they’ve had 2 forfeits along with 28 days mandatory quarantine for the entire squad, managers and coaches. It’s been quite a year..

Just had an entire club in Jacksonville,FL have to suspend operations at least for the weekend

Possibly 3 if that one mysterious game postponement was actually COVID and not weather related. |
