Look at results of their teams. Their main park is a nightmare to get into and out of. Glad we left when we did.

I'm not sure why the logistics of getting in/out of Hudgens is a huge deal. While it might take an extra couple minutes during peak times, it isn't like you are sitting on I-85 in the middle of rush hour.
Dealing with GSA Lilburn isn't much better since their parking lot is about 1/10th the size they need and most people have to park at Parkview and cross the street. Not to mention actually getting to Lilburn in the evening is an event. I would venture to say just about all clubs in the area have some sort of negative aspect of getting to/from and in/out of their parks during peak times.
I think OP is looking more for info on how his kids experience is going to be and how he/she is going to be developed.

I had always wondered about Lilburn during weeknights, you have to travel all surface streets to get there. On the weekends its not that bad, but I imagine that during rush hour it must be pretty rough.
Regarding AFU academy, I think if you get Tavani you're golden, the man knows skills. His boys are always very skilled. I don't know if there's a really good foot-skills coach on the girls side.

Hi all, Looking for general intel/scoop on AFU U11 (Duluth) on the levels, best coaches, any problems, culture. Have heard that they do focus some on skills/footwork so that is good. Thank you girls or boys?

We go down there once a week from North and it's honestly not that bad. Going against traffic on 85 and Beaver Ruin never really seems busy.

I suppose that depends on where you are driving from, and what time you are heading there. We travel down from the Buford area Monday & Tuesday, and the trip typically takes about an hour, which is with using the Peach Pass Express Lane. I have given up on Beaver Ruin and use Indian Trail, then cut through downtown Lilburn because everything around Hwy 29 is always backed up.

Taking GSA and Parkview HS over Hudgens any day of the week. At least there are parking spots not to mention the ease of getting in and out of the parking lot. Look at the results of their top teams. Glad we left.
