While you're at it, could you please figure out how to move, trade, IR, cut or release one Anton Walkes. I have to believe AU2 or the Academy has a better product to replace his innate ability to not mark-up and make opposing strikers look like world class players...AU currently and obviously down

Agreed!!
And is Wolff hurt? He went from starting a crucial game a month ago to not even making the 18?
Not saying he’s the answer but seems like another mismanaged homegrown.
Either way - this team is bad. Very bad.

I never thought I would have to say something like this but if there were relegation, we deserve it! Not the rest was any good but this defense wouldn't keep up in the USL. It's a joke. A loss is one thing but playing worse every week and losing like this is humiliating beyond belief. No pride. This squad has checked out.

The squad appears to want the season over quickly. That was not a side fighting for a playoff spot. Hats off to Orlando-they played well and Dike is an absolute beast.

I just still think Glass makes strange lineup decisions and on top of that, since he's taken over they have had a very favorable schedule in my opinion. played miami 4 times chicaco fire once and DC united twice
miami, chicago and dc united are bad bad teams.
even though this roster isn't very talented, neither are many of the teams they play. There are consistent trends of defensive failures and inability to play with intensity for 90 minutes.
I'd argue a quality coach would have gotten a 3-4 more wins out of this group.
notice how eales isn't sending any smart ass tweets anymore either.
my frustration has always been with this -- win or lose, this team under tata played what was top 5 entertainment value soccer in the world. MUST WATCH TV. ELECTRIFYING AS A HAIR DRYER IN A BATHTUB AS ray hudson would call it....
that magic is gone..... it has to be brought back next season, and that starts with a proper manager and proper talent identification I personally don't care that Atlanta United made 4 katrillion dollars selling players, it hasn't benefited the product at all. ticket prices ain't cheaper, hot dogs and beer cost the same and the experience has plummeted.

Soccer house said “ I'd argue a quality coach would have gotten a 3-4 more wins out of this group.”
I’m beginning to wonder if that was his mission...or it was simply to showcase certain individuals. Perhaps he’s been on the “development” side of things too long and doesn’t know how to think “tactically?” I have to agree that one would expect better results given the opponents ATL faced.

Orlando looked awful in the first 25 minutes and AU created nothing. Piss poor. I dropped my season tix when my oldest left for college. Resale tickets were going below face value at the end of last season. Can the famed “season ticket wait list” even be a thing anymore?

The situation has gotten bad- there is an ATL UTD subreddit devoted entirely to trains...

“ Preferred Lineup I usually go:
[Caboose] [Box Car] [Box Car] [Passenger] [Passenger] [Passenger] [Parlor] [First Class] [First Class] [Coal & Shovel] [Steam Engine]
But that’s assuming I only had to use 11 trains for some arbitrary reason. I would lineup trains for miles and miles if my work, family and train addiction therapy didn’t get in the way.”
