I believe his salary is very low, just above that of the homegrowns. Cheap labor I'm guessing.

So pretty much 90% turnover of field players in 3 years (only Josef). I know this is a fickle business, but it seems that the excitement and momentum of the first two seasons is pretty much gone. I hope they put out a good product next year. Please.
First team (2 years) was a good mix of grinders (Parkhurst, Larentowicz, Gressel, Nagbe) and flashy players (Almiron, Martinez). Current group is pretty blah. The grinders are gone and the flashy players are more like flashes in the pan.

The curse of the slow back pass.. hopefully AU hire a manager that can implement something attractive to watch and effective on the results.
