One of the greatest of all time. Whether was the greatest is debatable and matters little. He made soccer better even before that 1986 World Cup that most remember him for his great goals, the "hand of God" and the years that followed till 1994. The rules of the game changed after the 1982 WC to protect the safety of players (was absolutely brutal until then, what the Italians did to him in 1982 that led to his ejection, also ask Pele in 1966, and so on). He had an impact on hundreds of millions.
