so, what is the normal practice for a new MLS team hiring its staff. I assume they will hire coaching staff for team first.
does then the coaching staff hire its DA staff or do they operate separate from one another? Does management hire youth DA staff? or the reality its a combination of the two.
just trying to get my head around on how chips will fall with the new atl mls team. from the presser, its clear there will be a third DA team in town.
do any mls clubs have ecnl teams? that would be interesting also, if the atl franchise took a larger role in womens soccer as well and created an equal system for girls. just throwing it out there, would be ahead of the curve, and atl has been ahead of the curve with DA(ie - alliance with clubs, play for free etc. and ecnl in the past )

Anyone know the answer to this? just as chatting with a co-worker about a similar issue and we were wondering the time frame for 2017. how soon do they have to start, you would think they would want to get their youth academy system cranked up earlier than later.
