The 2008 CF Platinum team will be a force to recon with come next season. If the plans in motion come to fruition, they may be the best team in the city(across all alphabet leagues) and in their division... So what you mean to say is, if CF08 takes girls from TH08 they may be the best team in the city? At least you are admitting the only way CF gets better is to take players from TH. Just as Concord stomped GSA yesterday, remember it was the same when TH played Platinum earlier in the year. I'll point out again that a lot of girls that left last year, are not happy now. Hey random, is everything okay, you're kind of all over the place with yarns on GSA/CF/TH and happiness. Not sure what you're on about, but I don't need you to interpret what I write, say or put words, thoughts or deductions in my mouth. I'm not speaking Spanglish nor am I soccergurl. If you don't understand what it is I'm saying, please feel free to ask and I'll educate you on my thought process. I don't have a kid at any of these clubs so I could give a flying tiger monkey how their results or team bulid-out goes. For the record, most folks on here know I'm not a big fan of CF, but facts are facts. Also when a team loses 2 out of 3 and clap one back, I wouldn't necessarily call that a stomping. Based on your misplaced comments, you seem a little perturbed that maybe GSA and CF were getting a lot of attention and not TH. Please go through the archives and you'll see a multitude of posts about your venerable TH to last you while. There were multiple 07 Platinum players at the AFU ID Camp tonight (not sure of the exact number but it was more than 2). It is possible one or more of them are looking for a move, or potentially have secured an offer already. There were also multiple ECNL players from UFA & GSA at the AFU ID Camp tonight. Overall I think there were about 40 players at the camp, and about 25 or so were current ECNL players. I don’t think those numbers are accurate. It looked like 2 CF Platinum 1CF premier 4 or 5 CF Club The players from UFA were NPL and Club. Thanks for the clarification. In speaking with some parents on the side, I got the impression the UFA girls were ECNL. It was a good job by their parents talking them up I suppose. As for Concorde players, I was going by what my daughter told me after the session. She knew some were current ECNL players and I suppose thought they all were. |
