Didn't know where to place this, so I just piggy backed off of your Mayo-Ketchup collaboration yarns hehe BTW: I knew a few kids who love this on their burgers...

this is very very strange.... bought some on Friday.
I don't traditionally have mayo in my house: I only use mayo to make burger special sauce. so figured, i'd use this instead of my normal mixing the 2 myself. seems to have an additional tang more than just ketchup and mayo, but added some garlic salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, pickle juice and some chili flakes for spice. It ended up making a nice burger sauce.
fyi -- i'm addicted to smash burgers at home on my cast iron griddle. I even put the griddle on my grill vs using the grill grates. so good. smash the crap out of them!

I didn't anticipate getting a burger recipe on this forum, but I will definitely be sharing this with the resident Grill-Maestro... Thanks 👏👏👏
