Good deal. I really liked the guy after a good start with the team he seemed like a good acquisition... and his perpetual happiness was contagious - but he wasn’t getting it done. Best wishes Eric.

whose left from the championship team, Josef, Bello, Barco and Guzan? Hard to count Bello as he only made 3 appearances in 2018. Mikey Ambrose is back. Miles Robinson was on the team but did not play very much.

Tata was not known for bringing young players along. Hard to say-but I remember Robinson committing so many “unforced errors” that year-he surely didn’t seem comfortable with his role off the bench. However, a different coach can make a world of difference...just glad to see he was able to get to the next level...no matter how he got there (or why).

I do too, more importantly I credit him with the willingness to listen and learn his craft. Let's not forget the mentorship of Lorentowicz also. Funny enough, one thing Robinson always had going for him, even under Tata was the fact that Tata was always amazed that more often than not, his star players couldn't get by Robinson in training. Though Tata wasn't a fan of the youngsters on the team, this lone ability kept him training with the first team. The spit n shine is what got him over the hump and solidly kept him on the radar to be the starting CB...

The guy is just solid
