The Battle by the Beach 🏖 in Destin-morning games played in fog...dense fog. Fog horns sounding every few minutes-but nice temperatures 66-70 degrees. Afternoon sunny 🌞 but nice. “Trust me on the sunscreen...”
Competition is “meh” -play up if you want some (I watched boys matches).
However, there seem to be a lot of out of state teams getting in some sunshine and warm up games this weekend and next.
No complaints except paying to park. I’m sure it was on the website but I missed it.
Sons team is playing in the “championship” tomorrow at 2:30 central time, so I will be late getting home-not looking forward to that but it’s been a good weekend out of town.
