Plenty of people commit to a team especially if it is a top team at a top club. Whether the 08 super team at NTH has committed to NTH and CF I am not commenting on. That is possibly a rumor, but it would not surprise me if a small number of people had done just that. Many people do and that team has a bunch of studs. |

Some of the rumors that get started at this time of year are funny. Create chaos and uncertainty and hope for people to get scared and move seems to be a strategy for recruitment these days. Remember it worked great for the 07s going from TH to Platinum  . Half of that team sounds like they are ready to jump ship again with some already asking to go back to TH. Players will come and go on their own for their own reasons year after year, it's normal. I just wish all the rumors, flat out lies, and attempts to take others with you would stop. |

Some people are sad. Same thing happened with some TH players in another age group - 5 left and 3 already went back to TH. |

If clubs, coaches, and players were transparent - all the BS could end.
• Clubs need to announce coaching staff and credentials so parents and players are
better informed and can make educated decisions.
• Evaluations of some sort (formal/informal, verbal/written) should take place, so
players know what's expected of them, and then can work on specific aspects of
their game.
Then, and only then, will the rumors, lies, bribery, club hopping and package deals — stop. If that all transpired, kids would be happy, developed, and ultimately, parents will stop being pains in the ass.

Everyone will be fine. TH lost 2 defenders and 1 forward, the 4th played on the 2nd team. Concorde is gaining some talent but TH has depth and will be fine without them. Movement is necessary!
