Defense was optional for Atlanta after we brought in the subs. This loss was on coach. Looked great for 65 minutes. Then brought in barco who forgot how to pass, ibarra who did nothing, dropped sosa into a 3 man back line and defense fell apart.

It was hard to discern a defensive “line.” Atlanta wanted to keep attacking up 2-0. Agree with others-this was a coaching error.

Made no sense. We are up 2-0. You know what would be a good idea, let’s go to a 3 man back line and have Lennon and Bello stay up and wide.

Soda is one of the best players we have when he is playing defensive mid. Keep him there. We fall apart when he moves to center back in a 3 man back line. Same thing happened second half of first leg of champions league against Philadelphia.
