He’s not much for development. Just another English coach that thinks he’s better then everyone.

Had a kid that played for him and really liked him. Clubs had a problem with his administrative side- good coach though. He does and will develop your kid.

Like it was stated before he isnt good at developing players. There is a reason why many of his players don’t last a season at ssa Dekalb.
