yea, a win is a win. So that is a major positive, and the fact that mexico didn't play well either in their game.
but man, why do I continue to expect more from the US men. Even with a young team of players from the European leagues, this teams lacks grit. Lacks Dempsey's, just dudes who will give it all for the crest on the uniform. That 2nd half was painful, tired legs, again stale movement off the ball, bad crosses. Time for US players to take a long look in the mirror, and it's been that time for 6 years now.

I think you hit the nail on the head-very little grit. Maybe players are worried about their club contracts and getting hurt? We also can’t seem to make the Olympics🤦🏻♂️. I think that experience would be valuable to younger players. |

I think that experience would be valuable to younger players. Well, I noticed we didn't put our best foot forward when it came to the Olympics. We had several eligible players of U-23 age that would have gotten us to there. Priorities, maybe?? |

We had several eligible players of U-23 age that would have gotten us to there. Priorities, maybe?? No we didn’t…and it’s puzzling to me. |
