FC Dallas is interesting.
Clubs been around basically since 1996, and has made the playoffs 18 times, has one a few Open cups and CONCACAF champions leagues, but never has hoisted the MLS club.
But probably has the best record in youth development and selling off those players. Their attendance is around 15K a year, no where near what Atlanta United brings in, but the total capacity is around 20K.
