During NCAA tournament? Maybe I’m wrong but most recruiting coordinators also coach other parts of the team. Couldn’t they have waited a couple of weeks! Am I wrong here?

Most colleges on the girls side are done. For the ncaa d1 only 64 of the 340 odd teams are there and for some they are 1 and done. I think it is similar numbers for the other divisions. For the 64 especially the power 5 conferences, I wouldn't doubt they have at least a grad assistant at ECNL.
