this has honestly been ridiculous the amount of rain we have had in atl since the start of 2013. i swear its rained every tuesday. www.srh.noaa.gov/ffc/?n=rainfall_scorecardso what does your club do when your fields are closed? - opportunity to plug your club. NSA has an indoor facility - each team gets it once a week. other days, if its not actively raining, most teams will run the track or play in the parking lot.

It certainly has been a year to remember as far as rainfall. One of the wettest in history for Atlanta. My girls are at NSA so the above post from soccergator sums up what NSA does. My oldest girls new coach this season has them run on the walking trail during days that the fields are closed. Good idea since the move up to u13 means bigger fields for the most part and extra conditioning is needed to keep the girls from getting too winded. My youngest (u9) has her practices cancelled and then rescheduled to a later date on a sunny day or a different alternate venue altogether.
