So the club up I-85 just revealed their first Kit. All I can say, is does anyone know which emoji to use for a resounding YAWN? Also, is it just me, but now that their club project is getting closer to reality, I'm starting to not like them already. Here is hoping they don't sell-out their home opener... #CheckMate

That’s a poor Jersey reveal in general - but what can be seen looks fine. Can’t wait to see the second jersey - oh that’s right it’ll be plain white with a lack of contrast for the lettering.
I wonder what Ed Orgeron would think of the color.

I kinda liked Anton 1.0, never really felt the love on 2.0.

I was sure the "Carolinas" shtick was just to try to pull in the Rock Hill ticket sales. But I think I saw Charleston in the clip? Lol. That's worse than pretending a club 4 hours away with a state inbetween is a derby rival. Its just an opponent.

Treating players like livestock is very MLS. Why any player with other options would choose to remain in this league is a mystery to me. A source within Atlanta United told 90min the club didn't want to lose Walkes, but were left with little choice when choosing their 12 protected players. Had the Five Stripes left someone like Franco Ibarra or Santiago Sosa up for selection, they'd only receive $50k in compensation for their departure - barely a fraction of their true market value.On the bright side, at least Walkes will find the cheers familiar -since every team uses the same ones. |

The life of a professional athlete can have an ugly side. Happens in all sports. Traded with no say —-
But expansion drafts suck. Crappy way to have to move on from a club.
I already hate the Carolina FC or whatever their name is.
