If things aren’t great and you have growing concerns, what is the best way to reach out to a new organization to see if they are interested in bringing in someone new?

Find the Director or Coaching and reach out to him or her. They are usually listed on the websites. Look for camps that the club you are interested runs-- and try a camp or two. That way your player can get a look. Attend one or two tournaments that the club you are interested in may be playing in and introduce your player to the coach if that's in your comfort zone.

Email - most clubs have a list of contacts on their website that you can reach out to. Some clubs are more accessible than others (ie: they list more people and/or they list their roles in the club so you can determine the best person(s) to reach out to). Make sure you put your cell # in your email, you may get a call back rather than an email. Is there a particular club you have in mind? If it's a club in the Atlanta metro & surrounding area, I would have to think someone on this board can help you.

Another thing to consider is the level competition your player is seeking. If you want to play at the top, the Big 5 or 6 are where that happens. Clubs list the teams and coaches on their social media.
