Who are the owners of each team in MLS? Came across this article that shows the owners and operators of all current 28 MLS clubs (St. Louis kicks off in 2023). I find some of the information intriguing when you factor in the inter connection with other sports like the NFL, Pro-Soccer and even the NHL - Falcons, Browns, Panthers, Patriots, Rams, Chiefs in the NFL; to professional soccer clubs like the Real Monarchs, Thorns, Bologna, Celtic, Swansea, RB Leipzig, Manchester City and Arsenal; to the Nuggets, Maple Leafs, LA Kings, Seattle Kraken and the Oakland Raiders. You almost need another sports entity to gain an ownership stake in the MLS... en.as.com/en/2022/01/04/soccer/1641296244_132235.html

nice find -- truly a good ole boys network.
look the nfl and nba works ( I know many are anti nba, but it has the best players in the world)
the MLS doesn't work -- nobody watches it and it's basically the USL with 3 DP players on each roster.

Also, MLS is a single entity, not individual clubs. There are different branch offices, but it has been designed as a single entity purposefully.

I would disagree that no one watches. That is certainly not true in Atlanta where AU is nearly at the top of the world in soccer attendance.

I would disagree that no one watches. That is certainly not true in Atlanta where AU is nearly at the top of the world in soccer attendance. They sure turned the Benz into half a house full, missing all the fair weather fans when they weren’t winning. If MLS gets the new TV deal they actually deserve…. #MLSOS I find it hilarious that MLS defenders clutch pearls about how much these owners have invested whenever somebody suggests opening the pyramid. It’s their personal hedge investment - primarily based on real estate mostly paid for by taxpayers. It’s been nearly thirty years and MLS is mostly still a gimmick. Like our dear host said.. USL level plus three higher quality players. An open pyramid would trigger investment and opportunity in every town - and MLS would still have a thousand yard head start (with all the money in the world apparently) but in reality... All they’re scared of is having to win. That’s why MLS blows. #thinkofthebillionaires and David Beckham.

College Game Day doesnt cater to 2 team's fan bases. MLS does thus not a good comparison.

College Game Day doesnt cater to 2 team's fan bases. MLS does thus not a good comparison. Here are college football TV ratings for the season. www.sportsmediawatch.com/college-football-tv-ratings/In week 13, 28 games had more TV viewers than average MLS game. That is pretty consistent for the entire season.

New MLS Tv deal is in an effort to remove itself from regionalized purgatory. If you want to compare current tv ratings, MLB is a more reasonable comparison by market size. Bring up college football in any capacity is a joke.
Side note: is anyone else beginning to question the administrators title?
