Does anyone have any recommendations for private/strength training coaches? Preferably women. I'm in the metro-atl area.

Does anyone have any recommendations for private/strength training coaches? Preferably women. I'm in the metro-atl area. TIA Before you do this, have your coach do an assessment of your player. This is key no matter their age, more important U10 and up b/c they are already picking their favorites and icing some kids out. You can find a good one with Beastmodesoccer.com. Once you do that, set goals based on it (mental, tactical, technical and physical) and take it to the trainer ... ask them to create a measurable plan to improve your child's performance. Coachup.com is a good app to find private trainers. |
