I'll give him credit for hiring Tata, but since Tata left, you can't say much has been a success from players signed to coaches hired. AU has spent more money probably then any other team also right? He can spend money that's for sure.
I do like his attitude though and how he was approachable to the fans, just seems like since he left Tottenham as well they began to have success.....

The replacement hire will be key to the next decade. Is Eales the one who hired Boca (who had zero admin experience, with contracts etc - aside from his own contracts as a player… nor experience evaluating talent except as a hobby). This team is a mess that resembles the falcons.
