Horrible story/news -- our society is so f*** up, it makes me sick www.11alive.com/article/news/crime/clarkston-teen-erasto-ramazan-shot-killed-remembered/85-f2a33c26-d871-4542-908a-c899e9ad5d43CLARKSTON, Ga. — A community is mourning the loss of a 15-year-old soccer player shot and killed by his home, his coach said. Similar to several of the players with the Norcross-based Kalonji Soccer Academy, Erasto Ramazan was a refugee who lived in Clarkston and was recruited to play with the academy. "His mother is really broken, and we are trying to help her with the process of the funeral and things like that," Bruno Kalonji, the founder of KSA said. "They're very lost they don't know what to do."

He was a friend of my daughter. A great player & will be dearly missed. His family is having difficulties covering his funeral costs & moving. If you have the ability- donations can be made to his family’s GoFundMe: gofund.me/c89c056bThey are very close to reaching their goal. Clarkston is filled with unmatched talent diversity & culture. It’s infuriating that our society keeps letting this happen & we keep dismissing the REAL issues bc they happened in a ‘bad part of town and it’s expected’. My daughter is heartbroken and I’m pissed.
