such a tale of 2 halves again. I thought taking Dest off was strange for Moore, would have just brought on zimmerman. Musah and Adams were great, Musah just needed to come out sooner, he ran out of gas for. Dude can play, held i maybe once 2 long, but damn good player. right now, Adams is captain america, he is the glue.
if we can play for 2 halfs, we can beat netherworld. Man, 9 minutes of stoppage time was almost our demise, stoppage time is crazy, so intense and it's all or nothing, especially with so much on the line. Would have been terrible to allow a PK decide that game for any soft calls, correct decisions for sure not calling a pk in the 99th minute!

GB hasn't figured out how to use the 5 subs. He's clearly anchored in the 2 sub mindset. Waits 10-15 minutes too long to make changes, IMO. Then the changes are, well, interesting.

The men looked good for a few minutes and then got outplayed. They were boys among men and it showed. However, still proud of all that they’ve accomplished.
I question Burkhalters tactics and substitutions, but can’t shoot the horse that got us there.

I question Burkhalters tactics and substitutions, but can’t shoot the horse that got us there. GB's poor use of substitutes in the first three games left heavy legs for today. Pretty obvious from the start. Time for new leadership. Players deserve better. Not disappointed in the players, but don't believe they were organized and used to their maximum potential. |
