Remember when it used to be easy to plan after school vacations? š¤£
Does anybody know when tryouts will be this year? Memorial Day is the 29th, so right on the edge of if the younger kids will be week before or week of Memorial Day. My DOC finds the question easy to ignore, and coach doesnāt know. Since all the clubs seem to follow the same general scheduleā¦ hoping somebody does.

Ive seen different dates for different clubsā¦but Iām on the south side so Iām not the one to ask. |

U-baby to U-14 have tryouts week before memorial day.
U-15 to U-adult have tryouts the week of memorial day.

U-baby to U-14 have tryouts week before memorial day. U-15 to U-adult have tryouts the week of memorial day. This is for SCCL and USClub. Ga Soccer have tryouts the usually a week prior and older kids go earlier. |

I think all the of the clubs pick the same dates and hours. I just checked some other clubs and those have the same dates as UFA (post above). There are few clubs that do tryouts earlier, the only club I know is ystriker soccer (I think it is in GA soccer as Keeper mentioned).
Some of them offer pre-tryout trainings, one or two weeks before the actual tryouts, you can sign up your kid(s) to attend those and see which one do you like the most.

Does anyone know what the real rules for contact/early training with other clubs are before May at U15+? You as a player/parent can contact a coach at any point but I believe the coaches are supposed to wait until April before contacting players at other clubs who they want to see on their team. Just remember that most top teams are set except for a few spots before tryouts even come around. |

Does anyone know what the real rules for contact/early training with other clubs are before May at U15+? Before May 1 you need permission from your current coach and club to train with another club. May 1 is the start of USClub tryouts so ECNL, ECNL-RL, SCCL, & NPL. Though the SCCL clubs have a handshake agreement to do all thereās the same days. USYS (GAL, MLSNext, e64, DPL, GaSoccer) I think are still Monday before Memorial Day. Multiple loopholes though to train with another club especially if youāre paying for a ācampā. |
