Does anyone know how to make all notifications marked as read on TeamSnap for iPhone? My child has one notification marked for an team that is inactive now, but it has been there for years and won’t go away. Will we have one notification for an archived team forever???
Is it a big deal in the grand scheme of things? No. Does it annoy me to no end? Yup.

you can't do it from the phone. Need to go to teamsnap.com and do it there.

Ok. I did try going through the archived team on the website, but because it is the free version I can’t view the chat on the web for that team (which I am guessing is the culprit) Anything specific I could do on the website that maybe I didn’t see?

I’d delete the app and reinstall.

Not what you’re asking directly but on top of the phone is the team name drop down. Click there and then click see all teams. Hit the edit button and you should be able to delete just that (or any other) teams you no longer follow

Just remove the teams that are no longer active

Did you ever get an answer that worked for this? It’s driving me nuts. I’ve tried disabling notifications and turning them back on, deleting and reinstalling app and starting/restarting phone. Tried going through web version but because the team has been archived I can’t access the messages through the web version

I ended up having to message the help or chat function on team snap. They reset my account and fixed it. None of the other suggestions worked.
