As tempted as I am to apply the good babysitter rule here, where you don’t talk up a good babysitter too much because then they are never available when you need them, but you should absolutely see if Shawn Wash has openings. He’s a really good guy that cares for the kids and what is best for them. He’s tough but fair in all the ways we were looking for in a keeper coach. He will tell your kid when they had a good session just as quick as he will tell them they aren’t but either way he uses it as a teaching moment.
