Anyone have a setup for behind the goal camera rigs they would recommend? I know some goalie families that use go-pros that are setup behind the goals and move them at halftime to the alternate goal. In pitches where there are bleachers or a hill, they also setup a camera that only captures the area around 18 to document the activity in and around the goal and the goalie. Also, another good opportunity to capture goalie action is to record warm up sessions between the players and the goalie. Shows all the same tactical moves of how the goalie reacts and addresses balls and strikes. Good Luck!

I will say the go pro is a mixed bag.... If you just let them run, they will overheat as they're not meant to record for long periods of time. Maybe 15 minutes.
That being said i have a bluetooth remote, and it works well (and helps with editing) as long as you are standing on the sideline even with the penalty / goal box areas.
They are voice activated, so you can have the goalie start and stop by voice commands, but that is another thing to remember. Video behind the goal is absolutely great though.
