Anyone have any info on the AU college showcase? I think our team is playing one game in it, and would like info? Last year, there was extremely limited attendance from college scouts, mostly just the schools in the area. (at least for our game against AU)

Not as many coaches as you’d see attend showcases but this year has some top schools attending from a wide area from what I’ve seen so far. And only two games going on at a time so your player should get some looks. Your coach should have a list. Good luck.

Not much action on this subject, huh? The one time of the year when Atlanta’s MLS Next and ECNL play head-to-head and settle things on the field. Maybe if NASA had AFU’s spot there would be more excitement. If this showcase morphed into top four vs top four it would be insane.

Which colleges were represented?

Honestly not a fan of going there for these events. No parking sucks. It’s great when it’s one random game, but place can’t handle large groups and they need to sell at least bottle water. But I’m not a fan of Atlanta United and MLS so biased opinion. Not sure my kids can name a single first team player besides a few homegrowns and the old man in goal

Anyone know how all the teams did? Looked like a decent collection of MLS, NAL, and ECNL teams. Also - does anyone know if Atl Utd played true age groups or had players playing up (as they often do when playing non-MLS clubs)

Also - does anyone know if Atl Utd played true age groups or had players playing up (as they often do when playing non-MLS clubs) Atlanta United strategically rotates deserving players, occasionally placing them in challenging situations or adjusting lineups due to injuries. The GPS Tracker Sports Bra worn by players provides valuable information, sometimes leading to a decision to bench individuals to prevent overuse injuries or exhaustion. Personally, I wouldn't be overly concerned about the specific players from Atlanta United participating; the focus should be on showcasing local talent not currently with the Atlanta United. For good college coaches and recruits, the emphasis is usually, on assessing how players perform against a reputed collection of the best talent in the area. It should be about demonstrating your skills, holding your own, and showcasing your potential as a valuable addition to a coaches college team, both academically and in terms of soccer knowledge and skills. I always say this, I'm yet to see a top school recruit an entire team. Showcases are about focusing on your ability within the confines of a collective - TEAM. Good-Luck to the current U18/19s and the upcoming U17s...
