When did it stop being okay to be offended? Her apology was just lip service. Kudos to her for saying how she feels whether it’s right or wrong. If you don’t like it don’t support her. Bunch of crazies out there trying to control how others should think or feel. It’s okay to not like people for how they are or how they live their lives. It’s okay to voice those opinions. No physical harm is being done and nothing being done to keep others from living their lives. People will most likely get up in arms over this and I don’t care. Very sad world we have become where we allow feelings to rule everything. It’s okay to be offended it’s okay to have your feelings hurt it’s okay to not like someone because of how they live their life as long as you aren’t doing anything to keep them from living it.

Good to know. That means you just confirmed that gender is a choice. Thanks!!! Every action is a choice. How someone acts upon something is a choice. So yes someone can act like a man or act like a woman or dog or cat. Gender is defined at birth by the sexual reproductive system the individual has. I suppose someone can choose to have it altered and removed but it still doesn’t really change their chemical make up. |

I deleted my last post because it's not productive to the thread as a whole. If you could just consider your words, that would be great. Your joke didn't land because the subject isn't funny. We know for a fact that at least some children in our state have been victims and making a joke at their expense or the expense of gay people crosses a line. There are ways to completely disagree with Rapinoe or hold different morals without attacking the integrity of an entire demographic of people. How about everybody leave their politics out of it including PLAYERS. I don't go to watch sports to hear who a player is attracted to. In order to take the politics out of soccer you would have to take the players out of soccer. Politics is a part of everything in the U.S., especially now. It's really just a matter of whether you make it a big deal. If you make a pride flag an issue, then you're going to see them everywhere. It's the red car theory. I will say that during a USWNT broadcast I have never heard anyone talk about anyone's sexuality. Which channel are you watching? Oh, and assuming you don't speak Spanish you can tune into Peacock, and you won't hear anything. |

They are agenda driven and one sided. Nothing Korbin shared was her own words, and nothing she shared was bigoted or homophobic. It was a Christian opinion of people that de-transitioned, etc... The problem is the media and the trans and LGBTQ community don't want that messaging to get out (the de-transitioners and the ones that regret transitioning). The LGB and Trans groups along with the media despise and hate Christian messaging. If you are a Christian you are labeled a bigot, homophobic, etc.. which honestly is just BS. Queen Rapinoe got her panties in a wad and the media just eat what she spoon feeds them. This shows me that she will never go away because she is a narcissist and enjoys the spotlight too much. Nothing Korbin said was wrong or even needed an apology. I hate that she did it because she bowed to the bullies which will continue to make them think they can bully everyone into silence. I was hoping with Queen Rapinoe leaving the USWNT would not have to worry about BS such as this with all views Christian, non-Christian, etc... would all be ok instead of the continual bullying of those that don't tow the far left leaning narratives. The left loves free speech until its not speech they like, then they bully you into shutting up or you will be canceled. They label innocuous stuff as racist, bigoted, homophobic, misogynistic, etc... just because they disagree with your viewpoint and the label is meant to shut you up instead of actually labeling any real bad stuff being said. This gets to the point where real stuff gets ignored in a boy who cried wolf scenario by the vast majority of the people in this world. The vast majority of people in America (heck the whole world) are not down with the trans stuff. Even a large % of LGB folks are not down with it though they won't openly speak up against it because of the said bullies I mentioned above.
