I get you are trying to do the right thing which is good. I sit in a different camp though. If you are called, please shoot me a text so I can be on the look out for communication. I would hate to be texting with friends on my team, their kids getting an invite, and them keeping that information from me. |

Church bulletin, company newsletter where their parents work, banner outside of neighborhood on sign, email distribution list, etc. |

You better believe a kid that makes an ECNL team will state that in their bio on social media I guess I get that maybe from a college recruiting perspective- maybe- but otherwise, much like most things on social media, just seems to be a way to try to make yourself look good/brag on yourself. It's funny, when I asked one of my teenagers- who is pretty active on social media, like the vast majority of teems these days- about this last night, they couldn't believe people actually do this and said they would would never even consider it. |

I am the keeper of my daughter's soccer socials. I updated her bios the other day as soon as the team change was official. I didn't make new posts, but did see many others that did. That is a bit much. I don't understand the reposts of friend's posts that have a picture of a totally different (third) kid?  |
