I know people love to hate on Pineda & that is what it is, but finishing your shots against a very weak Charlotte backline could have easily avoided this L.

I know people love to hate on Pineda & that is what it is, but finishing your shots against a very weak Charlotte backline could have easily avoided this L. Maybe if all their goal scorers weren’t having to make 80 yard runs all game, every game, they’d be in better position to finish. |

There’s plenty of blame to go around…For whatever reason, Atlanta starts strong but seems unable to make adjustments. Also, I’ve seen very little creativity in the final 3rd. Not sure what to make of it, but when Atlanta has something go against them, they can’t seem to recover. To be fair, they have gotten some very unfortunate VAR calls against them. |

I would also add that once they go up and the opponent equalizes, AU just has this dejected look like, hey we didn't think you would clap back a goal or two or in this case three... |

While I'm not a Pineda fan, at some point in time, the coach can only do so much and the players have to want to step up and produce in spite of the coach or the tactics... |

We definitely have been sending the ball into the box always into a crowded space. It is not always crowded with our players though. I also feel like we only have a couple ideas when we get down into the attacking third. It is very repetitive. You would think with all of the repetition we would be good at it but we are not!!! I feel like they are immature emotionally with poor response to adversity. |
