My humble sideline soccer mom opinion - Concorde is a better skilled team of the two and we played both this year. SSA has good players that play over agressive when they should rely on their skills and just play. Both have some really fast players. It's bound to be a very good game provided they keep it clean .
As for RPL. That'll be decided based on State Cup and season results. Either of these two teams would probably fare better than NASA or Savannah have this year but TopHat and UFA are still the best of the GA RPL contingency.
I'd rather see Concorde get RPL - just thought they played well and clean vs SSA
