Lets hope we conjur up some magic for this one. would be nice if he stuck with a core group of players so these kids could get used to playing with one another. good read from Woitalla at SoccerAmerica. After the USA's 2-1 loss to Colombia, the third straight game in which Jurgen Klinsmann's team conceded a late goal and squandered a lead, he said, “Many players are struggling to get back into shape after the World Cup, especially the European players.".............. .Instead of conjuring nonsensical excuses, Klinsmann may want to reflect on his tactics.www.socceramerica.com/article/61542/the-problem-with-klinsmanns-excuse.html?c=35816#reply

These young players they are trying out aren't ready for the big stage yet. Bedoya was the only player that showed any sign of being ready for the next level in this game. It will probaly take some of these guys until they get into their late 20's before they are ready. This is why they need to figure things out quickly on the youth level. Most of the top players around the world start making the headlines around 18/19 years old.

Booby wood is terrible. I'm a broken record! Ian darke and taylor twellman were praising him like crazy also. I must be blind!!
This team looks like a poorly coached team. No identity and no ideas.

more excuses -- “They have to learn emotionally how to digest a World Cup,” said Klinsmann after the game. “A lot of our players had big problems digesting those extreme emotions. They dropped 20, 30, even 40 percent in performances in their club environment. Many of the Europeans lost their starting spot ... They didn’t know how to deal with all these emotions and all the recognition and all the compliments after the World Cup. www.si.com/soccer/planet-futbol/2014/11/18/usmnt-ireland-friendly-jurgen-klinsmann-success

Have to say that was painful to watch. They really look scattered and disjointed out there. For sure they miss a controlling central midfielder that a healthy Michael Bradley brought to the table. Hope he can regain his form after he heals and make a difference on this team. Altidore is not the dominating presence on offense that we need either and our defense (other than Fabian Johnson) looked pretty dreadful against a 2nd string lineup. I'm willing to wait and see and put some trust in Klinsmann but he really needs to stop the excuses, admit some things aren't working and that some players aren't up to par. It's early and changes will be made and things tried that may or may not work. Now's the time to get it sorted out. However, he needs to stop the pissing match with the MLS and as US Soccer Technical Director needs to work with the powers that be to organize US soccer so that it will start to develop prime time players on a regular basis. I think it can happen but not if everyone is not on the same page.
