Which is better for player development (not both) ? The reason I ask is because I was told by a parent that he wasn't concerned about playing time yet because his son was getting good training .

angelica: lajolla39 if you have a strong player and a contact, it is always worthwhile. Just keep in mind they have their internal scouts. Sometimes it is good to get good feedback from a coach as to his level of development.
