Anyone see this? 1-1 draw against China, a side the USWNT has defeated 4-1, 2-0, 4-0, 4-1, and 5-0 in other matches since May 2012. Of course, those matches were under previous coaching regimes. Sermanni's ill fated tenure included the 5-0 thrashing at the Algarve Cup. Heard China maybe had one shot on goal?

Highlights from this match are on US Soccer (I watched via Facebook). US seems to have had a lot of scoring opportunities (that's what the highlights were showing anyway...). Didn't see many shots from the Chinese team. (Wasn't really counting, maybe 3 or 4 shots including the goal during the 5.5 min highlight video).

yea, didn't look very exciting. not many people there... the highlights look like china had some chance on defensive breakdowns. not good defending on the one china goal, but probably a lucky strike to beat solo.
this team should just toy with opposition like this.
Scoring Summary: 1 2 F USA 1 0 1 CHN 0 1 1
USA – Carli Lloyd (Megan Rapinoe) 23rd minute CHN – Hang Peng 67
Lineups: USA: 1-Hope Solo; 11-Ali Krieger, 3-Christie Rampone (capt.), 4-Becky Sauerbrunn, 25-Meghan Klingenberg (5-Kelley O’Hara, 46); 12-Lauren Holiday (14-Julie Johnston, 59), 10-Carli Lloyd; 15-Megan Rapinoe (20-Abby Wambach, 46); 23-Christen Press, 2-Sydney Leroux, 17-Tobin Heath (9-Heather O’Reilly, 46)

From what I remember reading, China indeed only had one shot on goal and boy did they make it count. Jeff Kassouf (Managing Editor of Equalizer Soccer) reported on Twitter that only 300 fans were in attendance. Pathetic! Especially since the home team in Brazil had a game that followed the USA/China one.
