Was having the conversation last night with a friend about development etc and player movement and club loyalty.
not just club loyalty from a family to a club, but the club to a family
Anyone know on Concorde's u14 ECNL team, how many girls have been at concorde since u9 or u10? from north? - if i'm not mistaken I think there are only 2 girls from the northside. from central? from south?

On their current roster, I know of at least 5 that did not come through the CF academy program (at any location). They came from (smaller) clubs like BFC Shooting Stars and Cobb YMCA Strikers. This team began to form at U12/U13.

Oh, and she was not included in my initial count...so that would be at least 6.

and there national team player is from ambush right? That's correct. My daughter played with her a few years ago at Ambush. I think she joined Concorde beginning U12.

Theres one player that transferred from SSA midseason in the fall Yeah, but she's a U13 who couldn't get an official transfer. She'll be U14 again next year.
