Forgot the exact time last 10 to 15 min.
But Chicago player picked up a 2nd yellow as well. So both were down to 10 men.
The last 35 min was very chippy. A foul almost every time the ball was touched.

2 teams on to the quarters and neither is AU - very impressive

How’s the other Ga teams doing in Baton Rouge, La so far? I’m guessing that a certain three-lettered club is doing well, otherwise you would not be asking. Why don’t you tell us about their successes? |

How’s the other Ga teams doing in Baton Rouge, La so far? In Boys 01's, both KSA and AFC are 2 wins from 2 so far. KSA hasn't conceded in their 2 wins. AFC has the striker from CF U19 DA who left to play high school in the spring, he's committed to Georgia State and has 7 goals in 2 games |

Unreal for the city of Atlanta and Georgia 2 teams on to the quarters and neither is AU - very impressive Oh and everyone get on board the UFA and Concorde hype machine. , You would think that all MLS Academy teams would at least play enough age group players to win right? IMO, advancing in the biggest DA tournament says more about the Club/Team than having younger players when winning matters most. UFA and Concorde played to win. Very good for Georgia non MLS 👏💪⚽️👍 |

Don’t want this to sound like a slam to CF. Big props for their win today. However, looking thru Chicago’s roster wow they don’t play a loaded 02 team. Almost all 03’s. Few 04s. Maybe one 02. Their all-world keeper isn’t even rostered. (I’m too lazy to see if he’s on the 19s). Do mls clubs place more importance on GA cup?
Again grats to cf and ufa. You gotta beat who you line up against.

Believe me I am all for ga teams. I know players on both ufa and Concorde. Props for sure. I was just saying the mls clubs don't play their best players age appropriate. Idk why?

Looks like Damian Las has been playing with the 19s And don’t forget in year 1 Carleton played with the 19s in the DA playoffs and they failed to get out of their group but the 17s did - so he was rostered with them for the semis and finals |

Interesting match up for the UFA's 17s -- coach Dixon and many on this team faced LA Galaxy in the DA showcase the last season of GA United @u14 -- should be a well played match, lets hope that bad boy is streamed.

Yes, this is badazz that GA has 2 teams in QF. Especially considering the fact that US soccer has basically not shown any interest in our 02's and 03's. I hope the same for next years round. Our boys can play. We have a great soccer culture in ATL. I know my son has been playing since he was 3. Has played many pick-up games, 3v3's, club games, backyard time. I see no reason that we can't compete with the rest of the nation on the biggest of stages.

looks like KSAs 01s tied Solar Stricker -- but no issues as top 2 advance to the quarterfinals.
The KSA 03s also beat Dalton in group play, but both teams advanced to the quarterfinals today which probably just ended.
There is a player on KSAs 03 with 8 goals from group play!
some high scoring games for KSA - 5-4 and 4-3 wins, 4-2 loss.

I think kudos also need to go out to the girls teams that have advanced to the US Youth Regional Quarterfinals! Roswell Santos 05, CFC and Ga Rush 04, AFC 03, AFC 02 and Impact 01/02. I would LOVE to see a Georgia Regional Champ! Based on results Georgia Rush has the best chance. Will Jordynn Dudley stay there next year? Does anyone know?
