We received our SCCL schedule today. Our first game is 9/13 (the earlier tentative schedule had us playing Labor Day but not on the final one today)

crazzzy4soccer How did your daughter's team do today in Calhoun? My daughter ended up reffing. After watching some of the games, I wish she would have played. Any one else's kid did the 3v3 tourney today? It was hot but went well, they ended up winning and went home happy ! Great to see them back on the pitch! crazzzy4soccer what age group and team? I watched a few games. Saw some rising U13, U14 and U15 girl teams play while my daughter was reffing. I wish I would have put her in.

We still do not have our sccl schedule. Same for us (UFA). I have heard that our first game will be after Labor Day, so that's consistent with what soccerspin said.

ECNL/SCCL-C/NPL and GA Soccer coaches/managers have tentative schedules. Nothing from NL yet outside the match dates.

Since SCCL-C will be the same for all the same gender teams at a club, if you have your SCCL-C schedule, please post it so that those of use without ours will have some idea of who we are playing and when.

If this is a tentative schedule, then it is the second one we’ve received with the first being roughly six weeks ago. The dates and teams are completely different between the two schedules we’ve seen so I think this latest one is likely to be final (if not close to it). This is Roswell Boys (u15 SCCL-C): Sept 13 - AFU (Away) Sept 19 - BUSA (Away) Sept 20 - SSA (Home) Sept 26 - FC Alliance (Home) Sept 27 - Concorde (Home) Oct 3 - Rush Union (Home) Oct 4 - UFA (Away) Oct 18 - GSA (Away) Nov 1 - NTH (Home) Nov 8 - Ambush (Away)

Unofficial Girls schedule for GSA (SCCL-C). I am only seeing 9 games (Tennessee is missing), and we haven't been told locations.
For the record, I think this schedule is terrible.
9/12 - vs. Ambush 9/13 - vs. Tophat 10/17 - vs. AFU 10/18 - vs. Roswell 10/24 - vs. SSA 10/25 - vs. BUSA 10/31 - vs. Concorde 11/7 - vs. Rush Union 11/8 - vs. UFA

Our SCCL schedule has 7 straight dates with a game out of 20 available dates in the fall.. so that leave 3 games for the other 13 open dates. Not to mention there was a blackout weekend ignored and two days of games that weekend. I would venture to say the schedule makers did not put much effort into this.

yea lack of Sept games with only 1 weekend is odd, and only 9 games total. This has happened to us every single year my kid has been U13 and up. Athena that first year. NPL the next two years. Crazy to have 5 weeks off in Sept/Oct. Our coach found us a tourney at U14 in that gap to help, but still...these kinds of schedules are crap.

Its official, SCCL-C is equal to Georgia Soccer. 9 games? Seriously? They downgraded the league this year and got in over their heads with SCCL Premier. Instead of something better, SCCL Premier is the same thing as GA Soccer and will probably have the same issues. With Tennessee out of the picture, they should have broken up into 2x 5-team divisions and scheduled the intra-division home/away and the other division as single games (total 13 games). Then have the top of each division play for the US Club National Cup automatic seed. Very disappointed. Will not do SCCL next year. ECRL/NPL if they bring it, but more likely will have to go for NL or ECNL.
edit: LOL, GPL has a minimum of 10 games in each age group.

Only 5 games and 2 of them are Christmas Eve and Christmas Day??? This appears at the top of the page: **SCHEDULE ANNOUNCEMENT** The August 22/23 (Hampton, GA) and September 5-7 (Greenville, SC) event matches are published. The September 26/27 (Wilson, NC), October 10/11 (Fayetteville, GA) and October 17/18 (Columbia, SC) event matches are not currently published, but will be published by September 1, 2020. How these events are scheduled will largely be determined by North Carolina return-to-play status. All team "self-schedule" matches appear in December, but will be adjusted once each team confirms match details with their opponent.

Those games are the Georgia vs Georgia games and will be scheduled by the clubs. No one is going to be playing in December. Everyone will get there 9 games after North Carolina teams are approved to travel, otherwise the 9 games will come from playing Georgia and South Carolina twice. Also, as part of the piedmont, you have the option to participate in 1-3 NL college showcase events. So Lighten up Francis, lol

I wouldn't have an issue with the extra weekends if we weren't living in a COVID world right now. An extra tournament or two in September / October would be fine. However, with the current COVID environment we are not traveling for tournaments, so having all the extra weekends doesn't make any sense. Additionally, with most of the games packed into October / November, there really aren't many options for makeups if necessary.

A response above showed the Roswell schedule and FC Alliance was included. They are also still listed on the SCCL website, so I am thinking they are still part of the league. I suppose it is possible they aren't approved to travel, or a majority of their games just aren't listed yet. I do not see the schedule on the SCCL site yet, so there is still a chance changes will be made.
