I have to ask, for those who watched it on FS1 like we did, but how was your broadcast quality? We have had issues with broadcast quality from any event at the new MB arena. Not sure if it is Comcast, FS1, the arena, or what. But just curious if anyone else had a bad television feed during the game. Thanks Some people mentioned it may be caused by the halo board interference, the smoke on Sunday lingered in the air for 30 minutes and impacted picture quality as well |

My daughter and I were there, we're season ticket holders and go as often as my schedule allows. The Benz is amazing, my only complaint is that the sightlines at Bobby Dodd were better, especially behind either goal.

The fastest player on the field is always the ball, superior technical skill and high soccer IQ will always beat a superior athletic opponent with limited skills....now if you have a player with all of those traits altogether that would be the best player but 90% of players don't have all those tools.

I'm not sure what the rules are regarding drones at club games, I'm sure they are banned at professional games for security reasons.
As for the AUFC 02's, it's my understanding they will play a full schedule this year.

about a $5,000 drone to be exact, it has tracking technology so it follows the ball. The coach probably had it about 70-100 feet in the air and it stayed in that position while he coached the game.
The Dynamo coach was the former technical director for the NY Red Bulls

Houston Dynamo 02's were a sight to behold, they beat Atlanta United 2-0 and it was a dominating 2-0. The Dynamo coach placed a high tech drone above the field before the game to record the game from that vantage point for tactical assessments.

02 Region 3 Boys pool won against Atlanta United DA tonight 1-0 How was the game? Many chances either way? Possession? Heard AU beat Monterrey the day before. It was about 60/40 for Atlanta United which was to be expected as they have some familiarity with each other. A bulk of the 02 Atlanta United Boys were on the 02 ODP team for a few years, including both of our goalkeepers, it was nice to see them moving on and doing well. As a GK Coach is was fulfilling to see both of my initial 02 ODP GK's both playing for Atlanta United. |

Good number of parents are here. Kid plays at 8:00 am each day with 5:00 pm practice so temps are not awful. Well run event at a superb facility at the University of Alabama. Go Georgia teams! We played at 8am this morning, wasn't too bad |

GA Soccer implemented a Silent Saturday a number of years ago and asked all clubs to encourage their parents to abide by it. I have to be honest and say it was one of the best experiences in all my years of Coaching.

No doubt. Think we see a rematch next summer? I doubt it will be in the Semis or the Final. Has any Country won the Confederations Cup and then the ensuing World Cup? Although Germany did use very few guys who will be with Die Mannschaft next summer. With their string of deep runs in tournaments over the last few summers, Chile's star players are racking up serious mileage. You keep making withdrawals and at some point payments come due. Especially considering the way they play. I would be surprised if Chile can keep up this intensity for another whole year. Several teams have won the World Cup and then the ensuing Confederations Cup, but no team has won the Confederations Cup and then the WC the follow year. |

I know Adel personally and I can tell you he's a stand up guy and a good coach as well. I've been coaching in Atlanta for 17 years and there's not many people I can genuinely say that about.
