This message board is EXACTLY why I quit coaching and just stand alone and watch while my child plays! Wow just wow I don't understand. Most people are here for info and advice. Most is positive. There are some pot stirrers but not as many as there are good people looking for the best experience for their kid. AGREE - mostly positive for sure. the youth game is extremely difficult to navigate and we are just trying to help |

I joined just recently, but any time I have a question now my first thought is "Oh I bet someone on the forum will know!" There's a lack of transparency in youth soccer and I think this forum does a good job of filling the void. Edit: Also the stars are fun 😂 |

Do you know anything about SCCL Coaches? We have friends moving from Virginia and they're interested. Only coaches I couldn't find for them were CF. Their kids are 07 and 04. |

Will they have SCCL this year? Santos fields are pretty far from Dunwoody. They would be closer to Concorde or NASA/TopHat I would think. |

They have SCCL as their highest level I think. Practices & games are either at Brook Run Park in Dunwoody (nice, new, big turf fields) or Pleasantdale Park, just off 85 outside the Perimeter (grass fields that are generally in pretty good shape, with lights). I think they try to keep the younger ages at Brook Run as much as possible. |

Spenser is the Chamblee coach that cost them State. Seemed good with older boys and girls. He and his brother Riley both played for Gregg at Concorde so they come from that type of soccer. |
