As you have seen today with the announcement of Beech and the other California clubs, there is a lot of movement going on there, so they are not set. More ECNL announcements coming out tomorrow. I guess we have to wait and see. |

Two intresting things (if this is truly the first round of teams) about the SE teams are 1) Is Wake FC leaving NPL that may effect wher UFAs 2nd teams play 2) Mt Pleasant must be going with the ERCL Carolina

Whoever is the social media/website person needs to get to work because still has ton of information discussing pathway to DA. Also only 2 teams from Georgia and they are from the same club? That’s a bad look.

Yeah, NPL just got one club leaner on the girls side. Down to 5 clubs, 3 in GA, one in TN and one in NC.
What will DPL look like? I'm assuming CSA north/south and NCFC will be playing in ECRL Carolinas.
So NTH will have their 4th team in SCCL and 5th and below in SCCL-P.

If nothing else these posts show the potential of what GAL might (and thats the operative word) be able to do. If 70 percent of these clubs are right then they will be able to have a pretty good league with legit competation. Again if correct it also shows they are willing to pick up some of those good clubs like an Wake FC who were always a little bit on the outside (even if its out of necessity) with the major leagues something I think will stand them well in the future.

we probably arent hearing much about NPL and SCCL bc the guy running those league franchises is busy trying to save his DPL/GAL franchise

We know NTH and CF are bad about announcing coaches/teams prior to tryouts. Will NTH families even know if the 3rd team is DPL or SCCL prior to tryouts?
Also, the same guy who "runs" SCCL and DPL also runs South Atlantic NPL? If so I see a definitely conflict of interests.
